If you see specific wear on the rand or you have a hole where you can see the fabric of the shoe, you need a rand repair. Every pair of shoes that comes into our shop for a resole gets evaluated for a rand repair automatically. If you don’t need a repair, we’ll resole your shoes like normal. If you need a repair, but didn’t order one initially, we’ll contact you to discuss the repair and any charges that would incur before we do the work.

You pay to ship your shoes to us with your carrier of choice. We’ll ship your shoes back to you via USPS. The price of return shipping will be added to the cost of your resole.
Currently our turn around time is two weeks.
We’ll contact you to discuss whether or not you would like your shoes shipped back to you or whether you would like us to toss them. If we ship your shoes back to you we’ll refund all but $XX from your order to cover shipping costs.
